The Calm before THE STORM

While we are anxiously waiting to hear from the doctors on what his appointments will look like we find ourselves with a little bonus time. Bria decided to not go to school Monday morning because she really wanted to spend time with Cooper. David and I agreed, this is WAY more important. They call each other "bestie" and Cooper was oh so thrilled to have his bestie with him that morning.

We went to the store got some snacks and gingerbread houses. Turned up some Christmas music and enjoyed building together...

Literally as we are finishing, we get the call from the oncologist... It's 12:30 and she says, "Can you come down to Childrens Hospital at Anschutz by 3:00 AND BE PACKED TO STAY FOR 1-2 WEEKS?"

WTF... here we go.
